Florida Bar membership is preferred upon hire, but must be attained within one year of hire.

• Senior Trial Court Staff Attorney: Florida Bar member and five years of staff attorney service with the State Courts System.

• Trial Court Staff Attorney: Florida Bar member.

• Salary will be 10% below minimum if not passed Florida Bar.
